Editorial and Peer Review Process for Journal

Once you hit the submit button, your article reaches our system’s inbox. Here’s what happens next:

Review Round 1: Acceptance/Rejection for Editorial Review

An ‘article accepted’ email is send for all articles deemed acceptable for editorial review. This email is sent out approx. on the 15th of every month, irrespective of the submission date.

Example: If you submit your article on 10th February 2025, you will receive the acceptance mail by or after 15th February 2025, provided your article meets the criteria.

Criteria for Acceptance/Rejection:  Acceptance/Rejection for Publication

1) Plagiarism scanning
2) Grammar check
3) Language check
4) Compliance with our guidelines as provided on the website
5) Timely submission

Articles with discrepancies are rejected, and a similar mail “Article Rejected” is sent out on or after 15th, citing the reason for rejection as XYZ: Review Round 1

We Maintain A Policy Of Impartiality/Fairness In Publication

  1. Peer Review:

1) Peer review process is Double blind process where at least three random editorial board member will recieve the article and they will send their comment to Chief editor.                     
2) Chief Editor sends the comments of Reviewers to the author for incorporation into the article and resubmission within a stipulated time.
3) This process takes about a month. For instance, articles submitted in June for the August issue receive an acceptance/rejection email on 15th June, and those passing editorial review receive further notification on 15th July.

  1. Final Notifications:

1) Articles that pass both review rounds are not notified again in the next month. However, rejected articles receive a Article Rejected mail on or after 15th of the next month, citing the reason as XYZ: Review Round 2.

Important Notes:

1) Email of Acceptance: Receiving an acceptance email indicates your article is being reviewed by the editorial board and goes for peer review. Despite this, your article can still be rejected by the board if it doesn’t meet the editors’ criteria.
2) Impartiality and Fairness: We maintain a policy of impartiality and fairness in publication. Only articles submitted via the portal are considered for publication. Articles submitted via email/WhatsApp will not be entertained to ensure an unbiased approach.
3) Certificate of Publication: Certificate of Publication will be send to registered email Id within 07 days after publication of  the Article
